Well we've been in business for 3 months, done some business, had some travellers and made a limited number of mistakes, and only one was costly.
We need to learn how to make the most of all our contacts, without annoying them in the process, so they want to do business with us, buying fabulous travel and having an easy time of it, and also telling their friends about us, so they use us too.
We want to be the agent who knows you and what is right for you, not just pushing the best deal for us, and trying to avoid the difficult stuff. There's plenty about doing that anyway I guess.
so what do I want to commend today? Cruise is the answer. There's a lot of ships out there with lots of styles and sizes to choose from. How do we get people to try it who haven't before is the question. Well our answer is give it a go, take a short cruise, 4 nights from Dover or Southampton, and taste the fun and see the quality. We visited Independence of the Seas last weekend, it's fabulous and has something for everyone. Similarly I'm sure there's a cruise for everyone, why don't you try it?
